Expansion Joints

UV stable grades of TPVs have been used successfully as bridge deck and parking deck compression seals. Our material can be used in temperatures down to -112 °F, and has consistently outperformed EPDM and neoprene in Flex Fatigue Resistance testing. Our materials withstand ozone and outdoor U.V exposure and stay soft with age for better long-term sealing. Our large and efficient extruders are capable of providing profiles that are in some cases up to 12" wide.
